Sign-up Agreement:

1) You shall have a PayPal Account.  Don’t have a PayPal account? Get one at  https://www.paypal.com

2) You shall complete a tax form and send it back to us (details available after login).

3) You shall be paid a commission of 10% for each sale of Emily, after any discount code is applied.

4) You agree that any commissions earned will be sent to the PayPal email address on file on the 15th day of each month.

5) We will provide you with a 25% off Discount Code via email after sign-up.

6) Be sure to check your email after sign up for your login credentials and further details.
