Before Sign-up Requirement:

All commission earnings are paid to you via the PayPal email address.  If you already have a PayPal account, you can find your email in PayPal settings.

After Sign-up Requirement:

You shall complete a tax form and send it back to us (instructions provided after login).

Payment Frequency Agreement

By signing up, you agree that:

• you will be paid a commission of 10% for total amount of each purchase associated with your affiliate link, after any discount code is applied.

• all commissions earned will be sent to the PayPal email address on file on the 15th day of each month.

We will provide you with a 25% off Discount Code via email after sign-up.
